If you use a prepayment meter you should have got a voucher by post, text or email every month since October in line with the UK government’s £400 of energy bill support.
You need to use each voucher within three months of getting it, meaning your March voucher must be redeemed no later than 30 June.
Government figures this month show 24 percent of vouchers haven’t been claimed – if you’ve still to claim a voucher, please do so as soon as possible.
You can ask your supplier to send a new voucher if one you have has already expired.
