We’ve just submitted our first ever Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) scores to the Regulator of Social Housing and have published our results for 2023/24 on our website.
The headline figure is our overall satisfaction score, which was 66.5% for residents in England who rent their home from us and 50.1% for England-based homeowners.
We’re making many changes to make our services better for you and other Sanctuary customers.
We hope our improvements result in a higher level of satisfaction when we survey residents for 2024/25 later this year.
