General publications
Annual Report and Financial Statements
The last 12 months have seen a period of growth and investment in our services. For the second consecutive year we have invested record levels in our homes.
As one of the largest not-for-profit housing and care providers in the country, any surplus we make is reinvested to improve and refurbish our customers' homes as well as to build new ones.
Corporate Strategy 2023-2026
We have developed our corporate strategy following extensive collaboration and discussion with key stakeholders across Sanctuary. Most importantly, we have taken significant steps to work more closely with our customers, including through our new Resident Scrutiny and Advisory Panels. This engagement has shaped our strategic priorities and plans for the next three years.
Inclusion for All
Our long-term goal is to be a diverse, inclusive organisation where our people thrive and meet our customers’ needs with fairness and empathy.
As well as being the right thing to do, developing an inclusive culture helps to stimulate critical thinking, improve decision-making, and enable a better understanding of differences among our customers and colleagues alike.
Sustainability publications
Sustainability Report
Over the past year we have made significant progress across all three areas of our strategic approach to sustainability. Read our latest Sustainability Report to see how we are striving to be the best organisation we can for our communities, customers and colleagues.
Decarbonisation and Net Zero Strategy
This strategy builds on our Environment and Climate Change Strategy, focusing on decarbonisation. It includes details of our journey, showing our progress against our commitments, and our path to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
Our People publications
People Strategy 2021-2024
Our people are Sanctuary’s greatest asset. We are one team of around 14,000 people, working in a wide range of roles.
Our people perform best when they are listened to, appreciated, given clarity and focus, can be themselves and are empowered and engaged. This strategy sets out how we will make sure we create a positive culture that attracts and retains the best people, motivates and inspires them to serve our customers and enables them to be their true selves at work.
Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap Report
