If you are joining us from JJH, you can find useful information about the way your services will be delivered below.

If you have a general enquiry, please use the methods below to get in touch: 

  • Telephone: Our customer hub is here to help with your housing enquiries, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Visit our contact us page to check which number you’ll need to call.

Need to make a payment?

If you paid rent to JJH through Direct Debit, you don’t need to do anything differently for now.  

If you paid rent using the resident portal or app, you have a number of options including paying online using AllPay, or by calling us. Please visit our Make a payment page for more information.
