About the project

Known as Beechwood Village, this £130m regeneration scheme will create 763 new, high-quality affordable houses and apartments.

The homes are available for a mix of affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale. Over 650 of these new homes have been completed and some are already occupied by new residents. A new community centre and local shops have also already been delivered.

Sanctuary is delivering the scheme in partnership with Homes England and Basildon Borough Council.
