As Group Director - Growth & Partnerships, Nathan Warren is responsible for introducing and managing investment opportunities, including joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic improvement programmes. Nathan is also chair of Sanctuary’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group, a Trustee of Leadership 2025, a charity promoting greater ethnic diversity in the leadership of the housing sector, and the Chairman of PIC RP Limited, a subsidiary of Pension Insurance Corporation Limited established to develop affordable homes to help alleviate the housing shortage.
Before joining Sanctuary, Nathan spent his career working in the private sector with FTSE listed Rolls-Royce PLC, chartered accountancy practice Grant Thornton and large international defence companies. During his tenure at Sanctuary, Nathan has led both operations and corporate activities, including mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships each spearheading improvement, change, and growth.
