Pre-eligibility housing application form

When applying to rent a property from Sanctuary, you will undergo pre-eligibility checks as part of the application process. 

This is so we can establish if you meet our letting band criteria based on your housing need and if we have an open waiting list.  Please refer to our rent-a-home page for further details.

The housing list for the North is now closed.

Once you have submitted the form below, if you meet our banding criteria you will be sent an electronic application form to complete via DocuSign.

Would you like to apply for Sheltered Housing flats or flats for applicants over the age of 55?
Are you over the age of 60 or over the age of 55 and in receipt of PIP or DLA benefits?

If you are not over the age of 60 or over the age of 55 and are not in receipt of PIP or DLA benefits, you are not eligible to apply for Sheltered Housing with Sanctuary.

Are you over the age of 55?

If you are not over the age of 55, you are not eligible to apply for Sheltered Housing at Sanctuary.

Are you a British citizen or have leave to remain in the UK?

If you are not a British Citizen or do not have leave to remain in the UK, you are not eligible to apply for Sheltered Housing at Sanctuary.
