We’re delighted to welcome Johnnie Johnson Housing (JJH) customers to Sanctuary and want to share with you some of the fantastic ways that you can get involved to influence our work.
We’ve held one space on each of our resident panels specifically for JJH customers to help us shape our services and hold us to account.
You’ll be joining a diverse group of our customers of different ages and backgrounds from all over the country. We hope you’ll be interested in joining us to strengthen that diversity even more.
Our resident panels
We need one JJH customer to sit on our Resident Advisory Panel and one to sit on our Resident Scrutiny Panel:
- Our Resident Advisory Panel makes sure our customers’ views are central to our decision-making. As a member of this panel, you’ll directly influence our top teams, as we develop new strategies and ways of working.
- Our Resident Scrutiny Panel helps us find new ways of working by holding us to account for how we’re performing, including doing detailed reviews of our services. As a member of this panel, you’ll positively challenge us to help us improve on behalf of all our housing customers.
