IFF Research for Tenant Satisfaction Measures

We are committed to engaging and listening to our residents so that we can improve the services we deliver.

That is why we have partnered with IFF Research, and independent market research company to help us to understand what you think about Sanctuary and our services.

From 1 November, IFF Research will begin contacting some of our residents in our Housing and Supported Living schemes about their experience with Sanctuary.

You may get a phone call from them or an email, which will come from myresearch@voluntas.co.uk.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes, and IFF Research will keep your responses completely confidential unless you give them permission to share your details with us.

You don’t have to answer every question or take part at all, and not every resident will be contacted.

Your responses and feedback will help us to improve our services to you.

The overall results of the survey will also be included in information we’ll provide to the Regulator of Social Housing as part of their new Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
