Annual Gas Safety Check and Service

Despite numerous letters and two visits from a qualified gas engineer you have failed to provide access to your home for us to carry out the annual gas safety check and service.

Any gas appliances that have not been checked in the past year may be dangerous and could put you, your family and your neighbours at risk.

We will service you with a Notice Seeking Possession if you do not provide access to your home for this vital safety check. This is the first step towards Sanctuary Housing Services Limited taking legal action against you.

To prevent legal action commencing please contact the Gas Compliance team on 0800 288 9289 immediately to arrange an urgent appointment for the service and safety check to be carried out.

Gas appliances and fittings which have not been serviced can produce Carbon Monoxide. This is a poisonous gas which you cannot see, smell or taste. It is estimated that 50 people a year die from Carbon Monoxide poisoning.
