Our Central Services team, which provides services such as HR, technology and finance for the organisation, has been awarded gold accreditation by Investors In People.
This top national accreditation recognises how well Sanctuary leads, supports and develops its employees.
In awarding Gold, Investors In People praised the culture of transparency, inclusion and empowerment within the team, with people feeling trusted and valued. It also highlighted the inspirational leadership and excellent learning and training opportunities available to employees.
Investors In People carried out a survey and in-person interviews with staff to determine its rating.

The accreditation for Central Services is Sanctuary’s latest Investors in People success – with its development, student accommodation, housing, care and supported living divisions having already achieved the Gold standard.
