The Housing Ombudsman wants to understand how England’s social landlords are communicating with their residents.  

An online survey provides you with an opportunity to tell the Ombudsman what you think about our communications with you. 

The Ombudsman is investigating three themes across the housing sector:  

  • What it means to be vulnerable in social housing and what is an appropriate response by landlords

  • What effective communication looks like

  • Areas where there is poor service response
