We have delivered 43 much-needed new affordable homes for local people in Torquay.
The Gulls Close development, on the site of the former Hatfield House, in Hatfield Road, features a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent.
Two of the apartments are specifically designed for wheelchair users, while nine of the homes are for people aged 55 and over.
The homes were part funded by Homes England and delivered in partnership with Torbay Council.
