We are proud to have completed a diverse range of development and regeneration projects in communities across England and Scotland.
Our focus is on developing much needed new affordable housing, including social rent and shared ownership homes, but we also deliver homes for outright sale to help generate funding for our development programme.
As well as providing new housing, our developments have driven wider investment in communities to support local project which benefit our customers.
Our completed projects
Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire
We have successfully delivered a major regeneration project in Cumbernauld which has seen the town’s 12 tower blocks replaced with 588 high-quality new homes.
Kingswood Park, Cambridge
This 100% affordable housing scheme has delivered 24 new homes for rent, providing high quality homes surrounded by retained mature trees and quality open spaces.
Coachers Way, Cornwall
We worked closely with Cornwall Council and St. Newlyn East Parish Council to deliver 37 new affordable homes for local residents , which was part funded by Homes England.
The Boat Yard, Chesterfield
Part funded by Homes England, the £6.73m site was previously a 3.2-acre brownfield site located at the southern edge of Unstone in Chesterfield.
Hatfield House, Torbay
We have delivered 43 affordable homes for local people in Torquay. The Gulls Close development in Hatfield Road, features a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent.
