In the Cornwall village of Mitchell, we have constructed 37 new affordable homes for local residents.
The £7.5m Coachers Way development features a mixture of two to four-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent, as well as 10 two, three and four-bedroom properties for shared ownership.
We worked closely with Cornwall Council and St. Newlyn East Parish Council to deliver the project, which was part funded by Homes England.
