Craig Moule has been with Sanctuary for over 30 years, serving as Chief Financial Officer before becoming its Group Chief Executive in 2019. During his tenure as Group Chief Executive Craig has successfully overseen the acquisition of Swan Housing Association Limited and "Johnnie" Johnson Housing Trust Limited, and seen Sanctuary grow to managing around 125,000 homes nationally, 14,000 team members and becoming a £1 billion turnover organisation. Craig is an ex-officio member of the Group Board.
Craig is also the Chair of the Worcester Towns Fund Board, supporting Worcester City Council to benefit from the Government’s Town Fund for long-term economic and productivity growth. This includes urban regeneration, planning and land use; skills and enterprise infrastructure; and connectivity.
