Ian Chisholm MA, ACMA, FCT
Chair of Group Audit and Risk Committee
Ian Chisholm has extensive non-executive board experience and is currently on the Boards of Shell Pensions Trust and the British Geological Survey, as well as being Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Homerton College, Cambridge. Ian is a Past President of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and was previously Council Member and Chair of their Audit Committee.
Ian has over 34 years of executive experience in finance and treasury roles in large and complex organisations, including Shell and BHP. He was most recently Group Treasurer of Grosvenor Group, the international property management and development company. Here, he oversaw all treasury activities including managing cash and financial risks, ensuring adequate liquidity, and executing financing transactions for all operating companies.
