We deliver the best service when we engage with residents across all of our communities.

This year we’ll develop a new Resident Engagement Strategy, and we want our residents to help us shape it.

We want to have better conversations with our residents about what matters most to them. They may want to talk to us about their home or estate; about equality, diversity and inclusion; about our priorities for the future, or about something else. Whatever they want to talk to us about, we want to make sure they can.

We want our residents to influence our decisions and to hold us to account for the service we provide. Our new Resident Engagement Strategy will set out how we do this.
