Sanctuary Students accommodation success in Truro

Sanctuary Students has won a bid to continue managing the Treliske student accommodation in Truro.

The accommodation is available to students from the University of Plymouth and University of Exeter based at the Royal Cornwall Hospital site in Truro.

Under the agreement, Sanctuary Students will manage the accommodation for a further five years, providing 232 bedrooms to students at the universities and keyworkers from the Royal Cornwall Hospital.

Sam McMillan, Director – Sanctuary Students, said: “We are pleased to have been selected as the preferred partner by the University of Plymouth to continue to manage the accommodation at Truro. Through the dedicated onsite team, we will manage the accommodation and build on our existing relationship with the universities and NHS Trust.”

Sanctuary Students has managed the accommodation since 2012 through an agreement with the University of Plymouth. In addition, Sanctuary continues to manage student accommodation at Henry Scott Tuke House in Falmouth, providing 156 beds for students from Falmouth University.
