Sanctuary’s commitment to a more sustainable future

We’re excited to share that our team in Chester have completed their first successful solar panel installation. 

This is the first of many, as we look to install solar on our EPC D rated properties to help meet the current Government targets of all homes being EPC C rated or better by 2030. 

We’re excited to be carrying out this work, which will help us reduce energy costs for our customers and deliver a greener future for Sanctuary.
