We personalise our services around our customers’ needs every day, and we’re always looking for ways to improve.
On Monday 4 March we launched our ‘Sanctuary census’ survey to find out more about our customers in England and Scotland.
Most of the questions we're asking are based on the 2021 UK census. This will include information such as your contact details, preferred language, and any communication needs you may have.
We’ll store your information securely, and use it to shape our services over the months and years ahead.
Complete the survey by Wednesday 20 March and you’ll be put into a prize draw, giving you the chance to win 1 x £300 Amazon voucher, 1 of 2 x £100 Amazon vouchers, or 1 of 50 x £10 Amazon vouchers.
