Sanctuary has retained its G1 governance and V2 viability ratings following a recent planned inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).
The ratings reflect both the strength of our governance arrangements and our continued financial stability and resilience against a challenging economic backdrop.
In addition, the RSH has also inspected us for the first time under its new consumer standard.
Our rating of C2 demonstrates we are generally meeting the consumer standards expected.

The RSH’s judgement that we are a well-managed, financially resilient provider means we are well-placed to continue providing good-quality, affordable housing and services to customers and communities across the country.
“We recognise there is more to do and will use the feedback we received to ensure we are putting our customers first and continue to improve the services we provide.”
