If you rent your home with us, we have a legal responsibility to check any gas appliances that we provide, to make sure they are safe.
One of our Gas Safe registered engineers will come to your home once a year to complete a free gas safety check.
This is a legal requirement, so you’ll need to make sure we can access your home for the appointment.
We’ll contact you two months before your gas safety check is due to arrange the visit.
