We want to let you know that there was an error in a recent letter (dated 28 February) sent to some Home/Shared Ownership customers about the new service charges payable from 1 April 2025.
In the box in the top right-hand corner of the letter, the use of the word ‘weekly’ is incorrect and we apologise for any concern this has caused. As it states in the content of the letter itself, the word used should have been ‘monthly’ in relation to the updated charges.
We hope this update addresses any confusion caused by this letter and would like to thank affected customers for your understanding.
