Sanctuary and Johnnie Johnson Housing discuss business combination

Sanctuary and Johnnie Johnson Housing (JJH) are excited to announce that they are in the early stage of discussions to enter into a business combination. Both organisations are now in the process of completing detailed due diligence and any agreement to proceed will be subject to the approval of both their Boards.
