Residents may have heard news regarding the sanctioning of a fire engineering company, Tri Fire, which provided a number of fire safety assessments for Swan Housing Association before it joined Sanctuary.

The Transfer of Engagements of Johnnie Johnson Housing (JJH) to Sanctuary has today (Friday 31 January) been completed. Completion of the transfer will see JJH’s housing and telecare services join Sanctuary and is an important part of the journey to improve homes and services for the benefit of customers.

Sanctuary has been inspected for the first time by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) under its new consumer standard. Our rating of C2 demonstrates we are generally meeting the consumer standards expected.
