We are committed to investing in our communities. One of the ways we do this is by carrying out development and regeneration works that will improve the quality of life of the people living in the area.
This includes constructing new buildings, renovating existing ones, and developing public spaces such as parks and recreational areas. This is part of our goal to make our neighbourhoods more liveable, vibrant, and sustainable for everyone who calls them home.
We are also a proud strategic partner of Homes England and have received Government grant funding to support us in the delivery of new affordable homes across the country.

Tower Hamlets, London
In partnership with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and the GLA, we’re regenerating Blackwall Reach in Tower Hamlets to deliver 600 new homes.

The building on site was falling into disrepair so we needed to demolish this and make the site safe. We have now completed this work for the benefit of the local community.

The Victoria, Glasgow
Our redevelopment of the former Glasgow Infirmary will create a mixed-use development of 413 residential homes and 11 commercial units, whilst retaining the iconic Nightingale wards.

Duncan Street, Greenock
We’re working to deliver 64 new homes for social rent at the former health centre site in Duncan Street, Greenock. We’re using our own in-house construction team to build the new homes, and we expect the first units to be complete by early spring 2026.

This 90-home development is being built by our in-house construction team. It will deliver 51 shared ownership homes and 39 homes for affordable rent, along with a new Co-Operative store.

Streethay, Lichfield
Delivering much needed supported living services, this over 55's scheme will deliver 78 extra care apartments for rent, and a mix of rent and shared ownership bungalows. Once completed, Sanctuary Supported Living will deliver high-quality services to residents across the scheme. Construction is underway and the first homes are expected to become available late by early 2025.

Sanctuary plans to develop a new 62-bed care home in Carbis Bay, complete with en-suite facilities and high-quality communal spaces for residents.

Mountford, Truro
We are planning to redevelop the outdated and closed Mountford House residential care home in Truro. Demolition of the former home is nearly complete, and we have submitted a planning application for a new 57-bed care home for local people.
